At JanWaan we aim to make sure that every item of ours is up to the customer’s taste.
And hence our REFUND or RETURN POLICY is applicable only when the product delivered to our customer is faulty or damaged and supported by a full video proof of opening the seal of the package and showing us the item without any editing or filter.
Please note that NO CLAIMS will be entertained without any proof.
Any item which has been bought on sale will not be exchanged or refunded.
Also, festivals and pandemics both tend to take a toll on the movement of personnel and goods. So, if you order something during this period, then we kindly request you to co-operate with us as shipment and delivery of goods will be slightly delayed.
However, we will try our best to deliver it to you in good time as a company.
You can return your order, ONLY in case of fault or damage to our address, D-44 ,Second Floor ,Lajpat Nagar 1, New Delhi -110024. And Payment refund will take approximate 6 to 7 working days.
You can also mail us your grievance at shop@janwaan.com and we will try in the best of our capacity to resolve your issue.
