Once the order is placed:

• The item will take around 4-5 business days to reach you 
• Same-day shipping is available only for orders from Delhi NCR 
• A flat fee of Rs.100 is charged as shipping fees
• FREE shipping is eligible only on orders above Rs.1500 
• We will take 1-2 business weeks to ship any customized requirement as the order will have to be personalized as per your desire 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our products are shipped worldwide through a third-party carrier. 

• All international orders are eligible for free shipping
• Any import duties and taxes charged on international orders will have to be paid by the recipient. Kindly note that we are not aware of the value of these charges as it tends to differ across countries 
• Any custom related question will have to be clarified at your local customs office 
• We may have to confirm your details with your card user before dispatching an order
• Orders once dispatched cannot be redirected 
• We cannot be held accountable for delays in delivery due to weather conditions or any other issue that may arise in an international destination
